Welcome to Pawsitive Foster! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawsitive Foster platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing and using the Pawsitive Foster platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email, in-app notification, or by posting a notice on the platform, along with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By using Pawsitive Foster, you agree that you will not post, share, transmit, or upload any content — including messages, comments, animal notes, plea responses, photos, or any other user-generated content — that is:
You also agree that you will not engage in abusive behavior toward other users, including harassment, stalking, impersonation, or repeated unwanted contact.
Pawsitive Foster has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy, without prior notice.
Any user can report objectionable content or abusive behavior using the in-app report mechanism or by contacting us at support@pawsitivefoster.com. We review reports and take action — including content removal and account termination — within 24 hours.
Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms. Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services. Content you create may be visible to other authorized users within your organization.
You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, or promotes harm to animals or people.
Pawsitive Foster is not a party to the relationship between users and the organizations they belong to or interact with on the platform. We are not responsible for disputes, decisions, policies, procedures, or outcomes arising from those relationships, including but not limited to animal welfare and care arrangements, foster placement decisions, and disputes between users.
Your use of Pawsitive Foster is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described in that policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.
The Pawsitive Foster platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Pawsitive Foster and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawsitive Foster.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
